Guess what?

Chicken butt!

Also, we are planning on opening up the Warhorn signup to early ticket buyers this next Monday (8/1).  That means we need YOU to go in and check your games (psst...right here) and make sure they're listed just as they should be.  Please check the following:

• The time slot

• The max number of players

• The name/number of the scenario, game or module, if applicable

• The blurb.  If you are running a custom game and there's no summary, please send us one ASAP.  Folks don't readily sign up for a game with no description, so you're only helping yourself by getting one in.

N.B. If you've volunteered to run a demo slot on Sunday morning during the social gaming brunchy time (tm), your name will not show up because Warhorn won't let us assign multiple GMs to that slot.  But as long as you see your game listed in the description, you're good to go.

Please let us know immediately if any changes are needed.  You can email us at or use the contact form on the website.

I don't seem to have access!

If you don't have access to the games, it's because you didn't GM for us last year, and/or you don't have an account at Warhorn.  You just need to sign up for an account and register for Scarefest, and we'll be monitoring for new Scarefest registrations all weekend so that we can slot you into your game once you're in the system.  Email us if you register but don't hear back within a couple of hours (unless it's between midnight and 8am, because we do sleep *blush*).

When do I get to sign up for games?

Don't worry: you're part of the relatively small early-registration group, and we're going to send out the notice Monday morning for everyone who bought their ticket early (and you guys!).  So stay tuned to your email...

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

You make this all possible.  If you run into any issues, or have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know!
