Ghostbusters is a comedy role-playing game published by West End Games (WEG) in 1986 that is based on the 1984 film Ghostbusters.

There are legends of ghosts and sirens in Hot Springs since a railway and grand hotels were constructed over 100 years ago. Doctors would prescribe patients take the mountain air to ease symptoms of tuberculosis. The town of Hot Springs is now not much more than a respite along the Appalachian Trail, until hikers and tourists started disappearing. Reports of beautiful singing coming from the river have led locals to believe something has upset spirits of the mountains. The sheriff is at a loss. The people demand answers. Who you gonna call?
