Here’s what we can offer:
Option One: Item Donation
We give away lots of prizes at Scarefest every year, and we’re always super excited to get donations of interesting games, gaming supplies, costumery, or other geeky items. In return for your generosity, we will promote you on our list of sponsors on our website, and give you ad space in our program (see Item Donation Ad Space chart below). We’ll also happily add your business card to our registration packets, if you provide them. Plus, we create small shrines out of twigs, twine, and abandoned bird’s nests (among other things) in the basement of the Minion compound for each of our sponsors, and sacrifice animal crackers and four leaf clovers to the eldritch gods to ensure your continued success. We’re pretty sure we’re the only con that does that. You have no idea how long it takes to find that many clovers.
Please note that this option assumes that you have an ad prepared that will fit your space, or are willing to have us use your logo on a background of our choice. If you’d like more extensive help in creating an appealing advertisement, that can be negotiated with The Overlord, for probably additional fees or at least some weird rituals at midnight out on a mountaintop to gods you don’t want to know the names of. Point is, you can contact The Overlord for graphic design needs here.

Option Two: Purchase Ad Space
Every attendee at Scarefest will receive an 8.5″ x 11″, full color program (which will include lots of useful and arguably funny stuff, so they will probably even read it). Along with our silliness, we will also have some pages dedicated to ads from our sponsors. That could be you! If you’d like to have an ad in our program, we’ll need you to get it to us by September 8 in order to meet our print deadlines. If you’d like an ad but don’t have one to send us, please contact us to discuss how we can help you with your graphic design needs (and how many animal cracker sacrifices it will cost you). All our print advertising sponsors will also be listed, with a link to your site, on our Sponsors page on the website.
